2021 AGM
The AGM this year will be held as a Zoom meeting and in order to enable the meeting to run as smoothly as possible we will be using the following protocol.
Instructions for obtaining the link for the meeting will be published in the April/May edition of Tourider. The deadline for registering; midnight on the Friday before the AGM.
The meeting channel will be opened at 10.00am, one hour before the start at 11.00am to allow for informal chat and to make sure that the system is working etc.
A Zoom waiting room will be in place, anyone entering the waiting room after the start of the meeting will not be granted access to the AGM.
The channel will be closed one hour after the end of the AGM.
