Annual General Meeting 2024
The Annual General Meeting of the International Motorcyclists Tour Club will
be held in the Upper Hall of the Town Hall, Chipping Campden, Glos GL55 6HB.
Sunday 28th April 2024 at 11a.m.
(Doors open approx 10 a.m.)
Any proposed rule changes to be sent to the Secretary
no later than 21st April 2024
Club members to hold the following offices are elected at the AGM every year
Chairman, Secretary, Editor, Treasurer, Partitour Co-ordinator,
Publicity Officer, Web Moderator, Membership Secretary,
BMF Liaison Officer, MAG Liaison Officer, Elected Committee Member
We currently have people in all positions but the Secretary will not be standing for re-election, Nominations for the new Secretary and any alternative nominations you may wish to make for other positions should be sent to the Club Secretary as soon as possible.
The preferred process for nomination is that the nominee, a proposer and a seconder should each send a brief email to the Secretary from their email address as registered in the club handbook. However, nomination and seconding from the floor at the AGM can also be accepted with the nominee’s agreement.
Parking charge for motorcycles in the car park next to the Town Hall will be a flat charge of £2 for however long you stay on the day, based on getting as many bikes as practicable into each marked car parking space. Posted charges apply to cars. The ticket machines do not take cash, and the tickets are not adhesive so please bring tape for fixing them to bikes.
