Annual General Meeting 2025

The Annual General Meeting of the International Motorcyclists Tour Club will be held in the Church Rooms, Calf Lane, Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, GL55 6JQ.

NOTE THIS IS A CHANGE OF VENUE FROM PREVIOUS YEARS.

Club members to hold the following offices are elected at the AGM every year

Chairman, Secretary, Editor, Treasurer, Partitour Co-ordinator,

Publicity Officer, Web Moderator, Membership Secretary,

BMF Liaison Officer, MAG Liaison Officer, Elected Committee Member

We currently have people in all positions but the Membership Secretary & BMF Liaison Officer (both roles currently held by the one person) will not be standing for re-election. We currently have two individuals that are prepared to fill both these roles, subject to formal selection at the AGM.

Additionally, the Publicity Officer will also not be standing for re-election. There is no individual currently in line to fill this role

If anyone wants to make nominations or alternative nominations for any of the positions becoming vacant then these should be sent to the Club Secretary as soon as possible

The preferred process for nomination is that the nominee, a proposer and a seconder should each send a brief email to the Secretary from their email address as registered in the club handbook. However, nomination and seconding from the floor at the AGM can also be accepted with the nominee’s agreement.

As in previous years, the parking charge for motorcycles in the car park next to the Town Hall will be a flat charge of £2 for however long you stay on the day, based on getting as many bikes as practicable into each marked car parking space. Posted charges apply to cars. The ticket machines do not take cash, and the tickets are not adhesive so please bring tape for fixing them to bikes.

I have booked the same hotel as this year's AGM weekend for the 2025 AGM:

Saturday evening 26th April 2025

I have reserved 6 singles £104 and 12 doubles/twins £134 for Dinner, bed and

breakfast.

The hotel is about 12 miles from Chipping Campden and the location worked

well in 2024 (except it was pouring with rain!!)

Please get your deposits of £25 per person off to the club account
